I had the most luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities such as a spa, sauna, and massage. the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers were perfect for relaxation, while the garden area provided a peaceful escape. the restaurant served delectable cuisine, with an in-room breakfast option and bar/lounge area for drinks. Special diet menus were available upon request, and the private facilities were top-notch. Plus, the location advantages couldn't be beat.

My only minor issue was the lack of sun umbrellas at the beach, but the attentive staff quickly rectified the situation.

The concierge staff at Shangri-La were helpful in organizing our trips around Singapore. They made sure we had a seamless and enjoyable experience exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Shangri-La! Our room was upgraded to a beautiful pool view, perfect for our family. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and we loved dining by the pool. The hotel's Christmas decorations were stunning and the carol singers added to the festive atmosphere. The staff were courteous and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable. it was a peaceful and relaxing experience. We are already looking forward to our next trip.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and cute. The hotel's facilities were excellent, with a fine foyer with a unique chocolate artwork. Our room on the 22nd floor had access to a club with amazing views. The club staff provided really good service, and the complimentary drinks during happy hour were a nice touch. The room itself was beautifully decorated and had a luxurious bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The comfortable pillows and bed ensured a great night's sleep. The housekeeping team kept the room super clean, adding to the overall positive experience.

This hotel is perfectly situated, with the nearest MRT station just a short walk away. The shopping area is also within easy reach, yet the hotel itself is surprisingly peaceful and quiet. The Line restaurant is conveniently close, offering delicious dining options. The rooms are exceptional, with beautiful furnishings and luxurious bathrooms. The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly, providing top-notch service. The breakfast area, although a bit noisy, can be avoided by dining outside where you can enjoy a peaceful meal.
